    • Cabbage juice contains vitamin A, vitamin C, calcium, iron, mineral fiber, and essential amino acids. Since cabbages have plenty of Vitamin K and Vitamin U, which strengthen the stomach, they are great for treating a duodenum ulcer. Also, cabbages help to purify the body as well as aid in losing weight and that is why cabbages are good for a diet. However, it is best to be eaten raw, since vitamin U breaks down when cooked.

As cabbage juice has very strong taste, mix them with carrots, celery, parsley, grape, or citrus fruit. You can enjoy cabbage juice best in spring.

1. Clean organic cabbages with water. Non-organic cabbages need to be cleaned with lemon, vinegar, or baking soda.
2. Soak the cabbages in the cold water for five to ten minutes to refresh it. And drop them into the feeding hole of the juicer slowly.
3. Cabbages make less amount of juice. Blend them with various vegetables or fruits.
